George Wiker
With over three decades of experience in process architecture and manufacturing facility design, George brings deep expertise in developing innovative, efficient, and sustainable operational solutions across global markets. As President of Allied Construction Services and CEO of CleanSpace, he leads teams delivering modular facilities and construction management services for industries including packaging, cold storage, laboratories, aerospace, and emerging technologies. His work focuses on front-end design, process optimization, operational ergonomics, and regulatory compliance, supported by a career of thought leadership as a contributor and lecturer. George is dedicated to advancing the field of process architecture while consistently meeting the evolving needs of clients worldwide.

Brian Bennett
As Executive Vice President, he brings more than 35 years of experience in the life sciences industry, with a proven track record in business development across cGMP environments, HVAC systems, construction, manufacturing, and account management. A recognized thought leader, he has played a key role in the development of more than 4,000 projects, including approximately 1.6 million square feet of cleanroom facilities. His depth of industry knowledge, strategic insight, and client‑focused approach have made him a trusted advisor in delivering complex, high‑impact solutions that support long‑term growth and operational success.

Nick Vermont
Skilled senior leader with 20+ years of both hands-on plus strategic management experience with an organization whose revenue has grown over ten fold during tenure. Outstanding project engineering experience, estimating projects and talent acquisition and talent development experience. Ability to navigate dynamic client expectations, scheduling of multi-threaded competing critical paths, precision estimation and development of defined project budgets and achieving profitable, timely delivery with full client satisfaction. Jennifer Biro
Strategic growth planning for market sectors and territories. Increase and drive revenue streams nationally and internationally. Direct all business development and marketing activities including business planning and strategic planning, team coordination and management, proposal management, account pursuit and client relationship management, corporate branding and public relations, and marketing and competitive analysis management. Manage all sales and marketing from strategic vision and brand recognition to teams, activities and execution. Robert Griffith
Robert brings over 30 years of experience in engineering, facilities management, and operations within sterile injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing. He has a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through site transformations and compliance upgrades while improving reliability, productivity, quality, and safety. His leadership focuses on minimizing downtime, maximizing yield, and driving continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Blake Williams
Blake leads our vertical manufacturing business located in Atlanta, Georgia. The team and factory provide cleanroom architectural products through vertical manufacturing and well tested processes. With expertise in prefabrication, engineering and P&L control for growth manufactures, he has been able to position the CleanSpace offering as industry leading. Blake has spent his entire career in life science and high tech construction from automation, mechanical, design, architectural and turnkey offerings.

Julie Tareco
Julie brings over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in Building Automation, MEP, and Low Voltage Systems. Julie brings a deep understanding of operations supervision, project management, engineering, and commissioning services. Julie is known for her collaborative leadership, solution-oriented approach, and ability to foster long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors—delivering results that align with project goals and industry standards.

Mike Wieffering
Mike is a seasoned professional specializing in mechanical project development, design, and implementation in the Metro Detroit area. With extensive experience in commercial and industrial HVAC and process systems, he manages projects from early planning through execution and financial oversight. His expertise includes delivering complex, time-sensitive projects across Plan & Spec, Retrofit, Owner Direct, Performance Contracting, and Validation environments.

Bill Rieser
William Rieser brings extensive experience advising individuals and organizations on employment, labor, compliance, regulatory issues, risk management, and dispute resolution. He has litigated hundreds of cases in state and federal court and brings practical insight to complex business challenges. William earned his B.A. from Widener University and his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. Recognized by Rising Stars and Super Lawyers, he is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, multiple federal district courts, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Sidney Gold
Sidney brings 50 years of distinguished legal experience to CleanSpace as General Counsel. He is a recognized expert in Pennsylvania and New Jersey employment and civil rights litigation, with deep expertise advising clients on Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA compliance. A Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Sidney has been named a Super Lawyer continuously since 2004 and recognized in Best Lawyers since 2009. His decades of courtroom experience, regulatory insight, and trusted counsel guide CleanSpace through complex legal, employment, and compliance matters with confidence and integrity.

Ralph Melfi
Ralph serves on the Senior Advisory Board, contributing more than 35 years of cleanroom industry expertise to CleanSpace. As a former Team Development Leader, he oversaw the execution of $1.4 billion in cleanroom projects, shaping facilities for the life sciences, biotech, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Ralph was also part of the business development team behind the first FDA-approved CAR-T cell therapy facility, an industry milestone in cell and gene therapy manufacturing. His strategic vision, technical depth, and proven leadership make him an invaluable advisor in advancing CleanSpace's mission to deliver mission-critical environments at the highest standard.

Maik Jornitz
Maik serves on the Senior Advisory Board, bringing more than 35 years of experience in the bioprocess and biopharmaceutical industry. A widely respected thought leader and published subject matter expert, he is recognized for his deep expertise in sterile filtration, single‑use technologies, aseptic processing, and cleanroom infrastructure. Maik has authored numerous industry publications, including contributions addressing risk of mold contamination in biopharmaceutical facilities through PDA, and is a trusted authority on technical and regulatory best practices.
Throughout his career, he has played a pivotal role in advancing bioprocess innovation through consulting, authorship, and active leadership within professional organizations such as PDA, ISPE, ASTM, and ICAV. His breadth of experience, strategic insight, and commitment to advancing industry standards make him a valued advisor and influential voice within the biopharmaceutical community.
