CleanSpace Welcomes Steve Spellman as Vice President of Technical Services

CleanSpace, a national leader in cleanroom design and construction, is proud to announce the appointment of Steve Spellman as Vice President of Technical Services. In this role, Steve will oversee technical design leadership, system integration, and multi-disciplinary coordination across CleanSpace’s growing portfolio of advanced manufacturing, life sciences, and healthcare projects nationwide.

With an extensive background in mechanical building systems design, process and utility coordination, and project delivery, Steve brings over [23] years of technical expertise to the CleanSpace leadership team. Throughout his career, he has managed interdisciplinary project teams to achieve streamlined project delivery and has been instrumental in building new business verticals and expansion initiatives across multiple markets.

Steve has provided MEP systems engineering supervision for the design and execution of over six million square feet of completed facilities spanning Healthcare, Life Sciences, Industrial, and Commercial sectors. His proven ability to bridge engineering precision with practical constructability strengthens CleanSpace’s mission to deliver fully integrated, high-performing cleanroom environments from Concept through Commercialization™.

As a Licensed Professional Engineer in 25 states, Steve’s technical acumen and engineering expertise, will further enhance CleanSpace’s in-house capabilities across design, engineering, and construction—ensuring seamless execution and alignment with clients’ speed-to-market and compliance goals.
