CleanSpace appoints Julie Tareco as VP of Preconstruction, bringing 28 years’ expertise to lead estimating, planning, and project success nationwide.
Doylestown, PA — July 14, 2025 — CleanSpace, a leading provider of modular cleanroom and critical environment solutions, is proud to announce the appointment of Julie Tareco as Vice President of Preconstruction. With 28 years of experience in the construction industry, Julie brings deep expertise in Building Automation, MEP systems, and Low Voltage infrastructure, along with a strong background in operations supervision, engineering, project management, and commissioning.In this new role, Julie will lead CleanSpace’s preconstruction efforts, overseeing estimating, planning, scope development, value engineering, subcontractor alignment, and seamless project handoff. Her career spans a wide variety of technically complex environments—from advanced manufacturing and research labs to healthcare, pharmaceutical, and high-containment facilities—making her uniquely equipped to support CleanSpace’s diverse client base.
