Project Description
CleanSpace delivered a turnkey cleanroom renovation and for a confidential life sciences client in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As prime contractor, CleanSpace managed the transformation of existing space into new cleanroom environments, coordinating the enclosure, building systems, and supporting infrastructure through a unified approach from start to finish.
The scope included demolition, cleanroom walls and ceilings, doors and windows, epoxy flooring, and integration of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process utility, fire protection, and control systems. CleanSpace led project management, scheduling, permitting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control through construction, commissioning, testing, balancing, and certification to prepare the facility for operation.
